  1. Organize production in strict accordance with IS09001 standard.

  2. Provide necessary technical support for products.

  3.Within 12 months from the date of delivery of the product, free service shall be provided when the product cannot be used normally due to manufacturing quality problems under the normal storage, transportation, maintenance and use conditions of the customer.

  4.Provide spare parts, installation, debugging and maintenance services in time according to customers' requirements or agreements, and provide technical training for customers' related personnel.

  5.When receiving the feedback of customer quality information, put forward the handling opinions within 8 hours and deal with them in time.
